Diane
M. Wallach, O.D., is an optometrist passionate
about caring for her patients. She began her training
with a bachelor’s in biology at the College of
William and Mary. Four years more at the New England
College of Optometry in Boston earned her an Optometric
Doctorate - O.D. Previously practicing in Williamsburg,
Dr. Wallach became owner and optometrist of Selden Optometry
in February 2004. Her eye exams are very thorough, including
corneal pachymetry and visual fields. Dr. Wallach has
enormous patience and experience with complex contact
lens fittings, such as bifocal and astigmatism lenses.
All ages - birth onward - are welcomed and examined
in a personal, non-rushed atmosphere. Dr. Wallach is
trained to treat red eyes, foreign bodies in the eye,
glaucoma, and monitor diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy.
